As an Assistant Store Manager you support the Store Manager in all areas, and are responsible for all primary duties when the Store Manager is not present. You will help run one of our stores and lead a passionate team.
Your Primary Role as an Assistant Store Manager
Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer receives a great experience.
Help the store meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing all operations, maintaining the budget, controlling expenses, growing sales and managing inventory.
Protect customers, associates and store assets by ensuring that all staff follows safety and security rules and Company policies.
