The NNDSB invites applications for the following permanent position commencing at the onset of the 2026-2027 school year: 1.0 FTE Secondary Student Achievement Coach (Literacy & Numeracy) - Supporting Indigenous Education PrioritiesWest RegionThis position is open to permanent OSSTF Teachers and requires an interview This is a three-year assignment, commencing September 2, 2026, with the possibility of renewalRole and Responsibilities: This role is supported through Board Action Plan (BAP) funding for Indigenous Education and is designed to strengthen instructional capacity and improve academic outcomes for First Nations, Métis, and Inuit students across designated secondary schools. Reporting to a Central Principal, the successful candidate will work in close collaboration with school administrators, educators, and Indigenous Education staff to provide targeted, school-based supports.
