About the Role
You own the architecture, the standards, the review process, and the quality bar. You don't write most of the feature code — you define the contracts and boundaries that everyone else builds against, you review every PR that touches financial logic or PHI, and you make sure nothing merges that shouldn't. You are the person CTO trusts to keep the platform correct while five people build in parallel.
