Responsibilities

Organize accounting records such as registers, ledgers, journals, and individual account statements.

Assess and reconcile various financial operations, inspect and confirm source documents, such as invoices and expense vouchers, to confirm commitments; and post appropriate records.

Control the timeliness of standard objectives, financial statements, and reports.

Organize source documents, files, and other account-related data.

Organize all routine registers, manage the budget, and analyze data.

Maintain all end‑of‑the‑year records properly.

Carry out job responsibilities using spreadsheets, an online database, and all accounting software.

Provide exceptional assistance to various departments and develop a yearly plan for it.
