A Day in the Life
As the Sourcing Director for L'Oréal Mexico, you will lead a dynamic team of 11 purchasing professionals, shaping the strategic sourcing landscape for the entire organization. You will be at the heart of our business operations, managing an annual budget of 5.5 billion pesos and ensuring we partner with the best suppliers to drive our success.
- Lead Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for a wide range of indirect categories, including Marketing, Transportation, Warehousing, and co-packing services, to support all divisions.
