- Be a safety leader – support and adhere to all standards and procedures and operate with safety as a value.
- Facilitate daily Kearl Asset production planning and alignment meetings.
- Communicate production plan and throughput commitments across asset teams daily.
- Ensure alignment between business teams and shifts on production goals.
- Communicate updates that impact the production plan and evaluate options in real time to best manage changes in the operation.
