25331 Patient Flow and After Hours Supervisor CPT

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree or diploma in a health related field.
• Regulated health professional with current membership in good standing with respective college.
• Current BCLS,
• ACLS preferred
• Minimum of two years nursing or healthcare experience in a leadership role in an acute care hospital setting.
• At least one year experience in bed management patient flow.
• At least one year experience in leadership and/or supervision of staff.
• Satisfactory attendance.

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge of Patient and Family-Centred Philosophy.
• Knowledge of Patient Care Delivery Philosophy.
• In‑depth knowledge of wait time performance indicators.
• Knowledge of patient flow, bed management and IPAC practices.
• Working knowledge of computer applications including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bed Management applications. <...
