Duties and Responsibilities

Build high‑accuracy 3D earthworks models from 2D engineering drawings for subdivisions, ponds, commercial sites, roads, and parking lots.Generate cut/fill maps, material quantities, and earth balance reports for estimating.Create subgrade, finish grade, and comparison surfaces to support bid preparation and value‑engineering.Identify inconsistencies, grading conflicts, and design errors in consultant drawings and communicate them proactively.Support estimators by providing accurate quantities for earth, topsoil, granulars, asphalt, curb, and other civil materials.Produce color maps, volume reports, and visualizations to support bid submissions and internal reviews.Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure models reflect constructible, cost‑effective solutions.
