This is a hands-on, plant-based role focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving mechanical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production operations. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Millwright, you will:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment
Perform preventive maintenance, overhauls, and emergency repairs
Diagnose mechanical issues related to power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
Support production teams to minimize downtime and improve uptime
Install, align, and adjust machinery and components
