What you’ll own

• Re-assessment files; frame grounds, evidence strategy, and timelines.
• Draft appeals/submissions for CIT(A)/ ITAT / HC ; brief and coordinate with counsel.
• Transaction Advisory & Group Planning: buy/sell-side tax diligence, structuring memos (merger/demerger/slump sale), holding-company structures, ESOP/exit waterfalls, group tax efficiency reviews and clearances.
• Search/Survey follow-ups, statements, and paper-books; manage 5–7 juniors and client calls.
• IBC-linked tax litigation: preserve carry-forward/UD post-resolution, ensure correct MAT, and close legacy dues—covering issue mapping, plan paperbook & hearings, ...
