You will coordinate return-to-service efforts for aircraft and serve as a primary contact for resolving AOG challenges. Your role involves managing client expectations, overseeing the resource availability network, and communicating support requirements to various departments. Identify gaps and trends while ensuring effective internal escalations for swift action.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee AOG return-to-service efforts
• Act as main point of contact for AOG processes
• Manage case resolution database and client visibility
• Identify improvement opportunities and gaps
• Ensure timely resolutions for aircraft issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years aviation industry experience
• Familiarity with airline operations and Airbus products
