In this role, you'll work closely with Account Managers, ensuring operational efficiency in servicing a diverse book of business. Your responsibilities will encompass documenting communications, maintaining account receivables, and preparing essential business documents—all while ensuring technical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to Account Managers for business needs
• File communication and documentation according to procedures
• Generate and manage client invoices regularly
• Execute timely client requests for insurance certificates
• Prepare documentation required for various account activities
Requirements:
• RIBO Level 1 License or in progress
• Preferably knowledgeable in Applied Systems EPIC
• Proficient with Microsoft Off...
