- Monitor customer quote requests, promptly creating and sending quotes to customers.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates for quotes, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Follow up and negotiate on quotes sent to customers to secure sales, demonstrating persuasive communication skills.
- Understand customer needs to design the best logistics offering, tailoring solutions to meet specific requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to allow the account to grow, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Analyze our service performance and align all internal resources to guarantee the quality of service, continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness.

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent field.
