Description
We are recruiting an Account Director on behalf of a global enterprise software provider supporting the higher education and research sector. This role focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of existing customer accounts , primarily across Canada, with some responsibility for accounts in the United States and South Africa. It is well suited to someone who enjoys long-term relationship management, customer engagement, and sustainable account development.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and develop trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Support renewals and identify cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer needs
- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent customer experience
