We are recruiting an

Account Director

on behalf of a global enterprise software provider supporting the higher education and research sector. This role focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of

existing customer accounts , primarily across Canada, with some responsibility for accounts in the United States and South Africa. It is well suited to someone who enjoys long-term relationship management, customer engagement, and sustainable account development.

What you’ll be doing

Manage and develop trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders

Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts

Support renewals and identify cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer needs

Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent customer experience

Contribute to tenders, pricing discussions, and proposals when required

Participate in customer events, webinars...
