Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales performance and meeting revenue objectives within an assigned territory. The role focuses on expanding market presence, building long‑term customer partnerships, and operating in alignment with KARL STORZ Company Values. This position covers the specialties of Urology/Gynecology, Surgical, Head & Neck and Airway in the Southwest Ontario area, with an emphasis on London and extending as far south as Windsor. The successful candidate must reside in or around London, Ontario.

Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary of $80,000–$90,000 CAD with an on‑target earnings (OTE) potential of $200‑250,000 CAD that combines base, commission and bonus. The role is hybrid/territory‑based and offers full benefits and expense reimbursement.
