Account Executive, Marketing & Quotes

We are seeking an Account Executive, Marketing & Quotes (MGA+) to join our team in Ontario. This role primarily focuses on new business, client relationship management and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide quote/marketing support for groups up to 500 lives.
• Prepare client‑ready reports and documents.
• Prepare proposals and alternatives to traditional and non‑traditional employee benefits plans.
• Follow up with insurance carriers to ensure groups are quoted properly and in a timely manner.
• Assist advisors to ensure all necessary information is submitted to obtain proper quotations.
• Work with advisors to ensure they submit proper paperwork, documents, cheques, etc. on sales.
• Review and sign off on final reports and provide support for all other members of the team.
