Verdant by Copeland is hiring a high‑energy Account Executive to build and close new business across the U.S. market. This is a true hunter role — you will create your own pipeline, book your own demos, and drive deals from first contact to close.
This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of B2B sales experience who thrives in prospecting‑heavy environments and is comfortable selling via web presentations and phone.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Build and manage your own pipeline (not lead‑fed)
- Prospect daily via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and database canvassing
- Book and conduct multiple qualified demos per week
- Maintain active pipeline
- Close opportunities within 2–12 month sales cycles depending on segment
- Manage all activity and forecasting in Salesforce CRM
