Job Function: MedTech Sales – Key Account Management (No Commission)

The Account Lead is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and strengthening long‑term customer relationships across a defined portfolio of strategic accounts within DePuy Synthes in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute account‑level commercial strategies to achieve sales, growth, and profitability objectives across assigned accounts.
• Build, maintain, and expand long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers, influencers, and stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Lead complex sales cycles, including contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and volume or portfolio agreements in line with company policies.
