- Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of business customers across industries.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all customer needs — from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and long‑term partnership.
- Collaborate with Sales and Lawyer Experience teams to ensure customers have the perfect match with the right lawyers and deliver an outstanding experience.
