Description
This is an ownership-driven account management role.
You will manage and grow key distribution channels, including healthcare brokers, affinity partners, and employer networks. You will focus on partner performance, retention, and expansion.
You will work closely with leadership to strengthen relationships, improve partner output, and drive consistent growth.
What you’ll own
- Manage and grow broker and partner relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Support partners with onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement
- Track partner performance and identify growth opportunities
- Work with channel partners to follow up and close their leads
- Ensure high partner engagement and retention
