The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for key customers in Contract Logistics operations. Responsible for maintaining and developing long-term relationships, ensuring service quality, managing operational performance, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and support teams to meet KPIs and contractual commitments.
Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and lead regular business reviews with clients.
