**A Day in the Life**
The CST role is to be located on Vancouver Island and is focused on supporting the neurosurgery and spine program at Victoria General Hospital. This position requires a clinically strong individual who can provide reliable, responsive support to a high‑volume surgical program. The role demands a high level of accessibility and flexibility, as the Account Manager must be prepared to assist with scheduled procedures as well as unexpected trauma cases that arise within the program.
