Account Manager - Customer Success

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer Success in respective region and manage relationships with senior leadership of customers.
- Grow base customer revenue and implement strategies with a view to expand existing partnerships for ETP.
- Drive pipeline growth and work closely with your team to grow opportunities
- Interfacing with Marketing, Pre-sales Solution Architects and Product/Implementation Team for on time product delivery and post sales account management.
- Ensure Timely collection of receivables.
- Grow and build a CSM team in the region as may be required from time to time.
- Perform any other tasks/functions as required by the Company
Experience and Skills:
- 12 plus years of Software sales experience
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, and retail sales; candidates from Oracle or SAP partner companies are highly preferred.
