Esri Canada has an exceptional opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Federal Sector Services department.
Reporting to the Director of Federal Sector, the Account Manager, Defence is responsible for independently managing an assigned portfolio of Department of National Defence (DND) customer accounts, leading account execution, solution engagement, and customer relationships. Working under broad direction, this role develops and maintains account plans, advances solution initiatives, and positions Esri Canada’s software, professional services, and training solutions to address customer needs within the Federal environment.
