Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding budgeted sales and ASP targets, supported by strong territory planning and reporting.
  • Grow the customer base through strategic outreach, onboarding new clinics, and strengthening relationships with existing partners.
  • Deliver in‑clinic training and product demonstrations, ensuring clinicians are confident and equipped to use Unitron technology.
  • Provide ongoing customer support, including clinician training, troubleshooting, and remote assistance when needed.
  • Maintain consistent customer engagement through scheduled visits, proactive communication, and meeting call‑volume expectations.
  • Represent Unitron at industry events, including trade shows, seminars, and customer workshops.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives that support territory growth and customer success.
