Overview
MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking an Account Manager -Enterprise for a permanent role with a client of ours located in Vancouver. The role can be fully remote anywhere across North America. The position will involve 20-30% travel to client sites across North America. Experience selling into Government Agencies (GovTech) is essential.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth with our existing customers, through product and industry expertise
- Establish yourself as a key contact to existing customers – along with Partner Success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of their business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to understand customers’ needs and close up-sell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities, and ensure contract renewals.
- Educate customers on current and new product features, benefits, and configuration options to optimize their use of Spare’s platform and products.
