Account Manager - Literacy

To manage and grow a portfolio of nonprofit, foundation, and mission-driven partners operating in the literacy space by acting as a trusted, values-aligned strategic partner. This role focuses on supporting organizations whose core mission is to improve access to books and reading resources for children and communities that need them most. The Account Manager – Literacy delivers an exceptional frontline customer experience while aligning Book Depot’s product solutions with meaningful, real-world literacy impact.

This role blends commercial sales accountability with purpose-driven work and offers a unique opportunity to connect daily activities to outcomes that support childhood literacy, equity, and education.

***Annual salary range is between $51,000 to $68,700, plus commission based on sales performance.
