We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Account Manager to support and scale seller operations within the SHEIN Mexico marketplace. This role plays a key part in driving seller growth, improving store performance, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end seller and store operations to drive GMV growth, new product launches, and inventory sell-through. Guide sellers on listing optimization, pricing strategies, campaign participation, and performance improvement. Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, return rate, fulfillment efficiency, and stock levels; translate insights into action plans. Resolve operational issues, after-sales disputes, and compliance risks to maintain platform standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, category, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution and localization for the Mexican market.
