Job Description

As an account manager, you will qualify and follow up on all opportunities related to meetings, events, and group accommodations.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in targeted sales activities such as call storms, industry-focused campaigns, and hotel-specific initiatives.
• Work on external lead lists and other platforms as required by the business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Provide chain-wide discounts based on client needs and follow up to ensure usage of these offers.
