BrokerLink seeks an Account Manager in Commercial Insurance for our Calgary, AB office. Dive deep into client relationships and support Account Executives in a hybrid work environment.
As an Account Manager, your main task will be to support a team of Account Executives while managing client insurance needs. You will engage in comprehensive client service, from processing paperwork to negotiating with underwriters. This role supports your growth by enabling you to build industry knowledge and strong client rapport.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt and effective customer service
• Handle all incoming Commercial insurance paperwork
• Assist with client quotes and policy updates
• Prepare necessary documentation for insurance applications
• Negotiate renewal terms and follow up on claims
Requirements:
• Mandatory AIC General insurance license Level 1
• Previous Account Manager experience is essential
