  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek and identify new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn (social selling), and networking events.

  • Client Acquisition & Pitching: Deliver presentations and service offerings for recruitment services (Headhunting & Outsourcing) to prospects.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from leads to closing.

  • Needs Analysis: Consult with potential clients to understand recruitment challenges and offer tailored solutions.

  • Contract Negotiation: Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate service fees and contract terms.

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients and open upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
