Description

As an Account Manager, you will develop all aspects of PPG’s relationship with assigned main customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountability for growth performance: revenue and profitability.
  • Sales process for local accounts or key account sites.
  • Support execution of account strategy for global accounts or define strategy for regional accounts following strategic marketing.
  • Lead regional pricing (and contract) negotiations.
  • Manage pipeline and increase net share gain at customer.
  • Demand forecasting, follow-up on developments at local sites.
  • Feedback and management of opportunities/threats/needs.
  • Establish contacts across customer organizations and collect customer feedback.
  • Contribute to account team discussions and account planning.
