Account Manager/Sales and Marketing Representative

ShipShop is a shipping service provider. Our AI tool scans hundreds of shipping service providers to offer the most suitable shipping rates for businesses. We are hiring an Account Manager/Sales and Marketing Representative to help us grow.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple accounts, ensuring a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
• Engage with multiple customers daily by reaching out to new clients and developing campaigns to maintain loyalty.
• Record changes to customer accounts, update service packages, add or remove accounts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of cold‑calling business‑to‑business experience.
• Minimum one year of outbound sales experience.
• Excellent English communication skills and clarity.
• Proficiency in a second language (Farsi, French, or Mandarin) is an asset.
