**What our Account Representative do**:
- As the primary manager of the account, and in collaboration with the Field Sales Representative, the Inside Sales Representative develops strategic approaches to capture new business.
These strategies should include compelling, financially viable proposals that clearly communicate the value TTI brings to the customer.
- Enhances account profitability by looking for sales opportunities outside the Strategic agreements
