About the Opportunity
You will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and accurate financial recordkeeping.
- You will process payroll and handle statutory filings such as HST/GST, WSIB, and Employer Health Tax, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
- You will maintain system integrity and support improvements or transitions to new accounting or ERP systems as needed
About You
You bring 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, with strong knowledge of Canadian payroll, sales tax, and corporate tax requirements.
- You are highly detail-oriented and organized, with advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
