Schedule: M-F (1:00pm - 9:00pm) S (half day, morning schedule)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant / Payroll & Billing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting payroll processing, billing operations, and general accounting functions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of financial processes.
Responsibilities

+ Process and support payroll activities accurately and on time

+ Manage billing, invoicing, and payment tracking

+ Maintain financial records and payroll documentation

+ Reconcile payroll and billing discrepancies

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

+ Support reporting and other accounting-related administrative tasks

+ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency
