Responsibilities
  • Perform weekly and monthly statutory reconciliations; manage differences and lead corrective actions across teams.
  • Coordinate audit workpapers for external and internal audits; support audit activities.
  • Improve reconciliation processes and implement new reports/processes to review local statutory regulations.
  • Forge positive relationships with Operations, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Statutory functions to ensure compliance.
  • Follow up on special projects on a monthly basis and participate in task teams to achieve results.
  • Lead accounting or transactional processes (A/P, A/R, Credit, Payroll, or Taxes) on a global basis, including transaction management, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
  • Download, acknowledge receipt, record purchase invoices, and prepare supporting documents for DIAN.
