Accounting Analyst

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or recently graduated.
Advanced English
Have a good understanding of accounting principles.
About the job
Daily monitoring of outstanding items in the depository reconciliation system
Sending letters and contacting various sources to resolve issues.
Documenting actions related to missing deposits, lost checks, incorrect deposits, etc.
Creating journal vouchers for resolved items.
Assisting in month-end close
Submitting JV entries to the Oracle system.
Completing assigned bank reconciliations.
Handling calls, questions, and correspondence with store managers, banks, and division management
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring reconciliations are completed on time.
Following standard procedures and internal controls.
Collaborating with the finance team to improve processes.
