We're hiring an Accounting Manager to join a growing financial services software company in the GTA. This is a high-impact role for a hands‑on accounting leader who thrives in a multi‑entity environment and wants visibility into both operations and FP&A.

What You’ll Own

Reporting to the Controller, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day accounting function. Month‑end close, GL reconciliations, AP/AR oversight, and financial reporting across Canadian and U.S. entities. You’ll also support budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and audit coordination, making this a genuinely broad role with room to grow.

You’ll directly supervise one accounting staff (AR clerk) and be the person your team looks to for guidance, process clarity, and accountability.
