Reporting to the Headof Production Finance, Scripted in Toronto, this position is responsible forthe production, analysis and review of financial reporting and bookkeeping for theToronto divisions, including Animation. Key responsibilities include: PAYMENTS & REPORTS REVIEW
Review in detail the weekly payments (payroll and vendors) across all development and production projects Review monthly sales tax returns and government and guild remittances Review of bank reconciliations Review of month end reports PRODUCTION & ANALYSIS OF REPORTS
Invoice and ensure collection of amounts provided for in service contracts, broadcast licenses and financing agreements for both production and development Produce the weekly cashflow and ensure proper funding of bank accounts, including preparation of Advance requests Manage the setup of the accounting system, government accounts and banking of new production ...
