Key Responsibilities:
• Process daily cash receipts from tenants
• Prepare manual invoices for recoverable expenses
• Manage tenant chargebacks monthly
• Code and submit utility invoices to payables
• Reconcile bank accounts and tenant ledgers
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–4 years' experience in accounting, preferably in real estate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Yardi or similar software
