Accounts Payable Intern
Objective:
Assist the Accounts Payable department in business accounting and ensure that the financial records of the company comply with financial regulations, laws and policies, while helping maintain the flow of money out of the organization
Activities
- Making timely payments to vendors for services provided and employees for expense reimbursements
- Maintaining accurate data for vendor files and invoice documentation support
- Help with audits as requested
- Complete special projects on an as-needed basis
- Excel expert
English level: Bilingual
