About the Position

The Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense transactions for ALS Canada Ltd. This role supports the Finance department by maintaining strong internal controls, resolving vendor inquiries, and ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies.

Specific Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process high volumes of vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, review discrepancies, and liaise with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure proper tax treatment (GST/HST/PST) and coding of expenses in alignment with company accounting standards.
