Accounts Payable Specialist (Avid & MRI)

What You’ll Do

You’ll help ensure invoices are processed accurately and efficiently across multiple systems and channels by:

• Entering and processing high volumes of accounts payable invoices in Avid and MRI
• Managing invoice intake from email, vendor portals, and direct vendor submissions
• Uploading, coding, and organizing invoices while following internal procedures
• Supporting invoice migration and data transfers between systems
