Accounts Payable Specialist Nashville, TN (Onsite) $55,000-$65,000 Process invoices and ensure timely vendor payments. Reconcile accounts and assist with journal entries. Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment issues. Process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and credit card transactions. Maintain utility tracking and prepare annual 1099s. Utilize multiple accounting systems, including Excel and banking platforms. Support fraud prevention efforts through Positive Pay processes. Qualifications: AP, accounting, or administrative experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Ability to learn new systems and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
