As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will administer the Company’s Credit Policy and influence corporate profitability. The role demands strong verbal and written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer service.

Work hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Location: 2270 Portland St, Calgary

Salary: $47,000 annual

Responsibilities

• Collections, dispute resolution, order release, and credit investigations.
• Contact customers to secure payment, follow up on overdue balances, and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of collection actions taken.
• Manage assigned portfolio, reduce DSO and past‑due balances, and provide updates to management.
