Accounts Receivable Technician

This is a permanent position in hybrid mode.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire accounts receivable cycle, including applying payments and monitoring balances.
• Analyze late payments, send reminders, and handle customer disputes.
• Ensure customer files in the accounting system are accurate and up to date.
• Identify, analyze, and validate customer deductions according to current agreements.
• Coordinate the monitoring of deductions with internal teams and propose corrective actions.
• Record adjustments and contribute to credit risk analysis.

Qualifications

• DEC in accounting or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit.
• Bilingualism in French and English required for interactions with external clients.
