Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Supervisor

Calgary Aggregate Recycling (CAR) is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee Scale House operations and staff, serve as a key point of contact for customers, and ensure efficient financial and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and support Scale House staff
• Generate daily and bi-monthly billing
• Review invoice reports and reconcile scale tickets
• Organize and maintain scale ticket records
• Manage collections and follow up on past-due accounts
• Process customer deposits and reconcile daily cash, debit, and credit transactions
