Position: Account Executive, Membership Experience Department: Membership Experience Reports to: Manager, Membership Experience
Position Summary
The Account Executive supports the mandate and goals of the Membership team by providing superior customer service while promoting, renewing, and upselling our ticket products to existing and potential ticket members.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
(Other duties may be assigned as required)
- Manage assigned accounts and develop strong professional relationships with Canucks ticket Members to meet standards of excellence and guarantee renewals
- Identify opportunities for in-person engagements with Members
- Support the 899.GOAL line and general ticket inquiries, responding in a timely manner with the appropriate solution
